I have spent my professional career dedicated to assisting clients with planning their estates, protecting their assets from creditors, and creating business entities to operate companies or manage investments. As the sole attorney in my office, I work with each client on a one-on-one basis.
Rather than handing your file to a paralegal or assistant, I personally draft each document, prepare the necessary filings, and maintain communication with my clients from the initial consultation to the signing appointment.
I stand by my policy that you do not pay in full until you are completely satisfied with my work. All services are charged on a flat-fee basis and are disclosed upfront, no surprises. That translates to freedom from phone calls billed by the minute or being nickel and dimed for copies and faxes.
